What Causes Brown Discharge After Urination?

I ve noticed over the past month or so that when I wipe after passing a stool that there are what appears to be brown grain like dots on the paper. I feel completely fine apart from odd bouts of gas at times but just wondered if it was anything to get checked? Thanks

Hi and welcome to HCM.
This may be sign of something that we call colovesical fistula and this is connection between colon and bladder. You should do cystoscoyp and colonoscopy if you ask me to rule this out. Other possible causes are kidneys infections and nephritic syndrome, uroinfection or urinary stones but fistula should be investigated more detailed.
. Wish you good health. Regards
