What Causes Brown Discharge And Mild Pain In Vagina?
hi im 8 weeks pregnant and i have had brown discharge for the last too weeks, only when i wipe its on toilet paper, not enough to go on pad. i also have back ache and i did have mild aching two weeks ago when discharge started that only lasted a few days

Hi, I have gone through your question. The brown discharge with backache and mild aching in the lower abdomen has possibilities of:
1. bleeding in uterus (subchorionic bleed)
2. missed abortion
I would suggest you to get a ultrasound done to ascertain the cause. If it is subchorionic bleed and the fetus is alive, then you will require progesterone support in the form of capsules or injections and rest. If it is a missed abortion, then you need to get it out by surgical or medical method.
