Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to threatened or missed abortion, subchorionic haemorrhage or idiopathic( cause not known).I would suggest you to get a ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment .
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
