What Causes Brown Discharge From Nipples And Dark Spots Around Areola?
Hi, I am a 49 year old male. I have been having a light brown discharge directly around my nipples for a few years now. I have been to a dermatologist a number of times but it still happening. I always thought it was because of my running and sweating. Now I am noticing dark a number of round dark spots surrounding a number of the bumps in the aerola. There is no pain. What may the dark spots be? Thanks
