What Causes Brown Discharge From Vagina After Urination?
Since I turned 40y/o my menstral cycle has changed by the month. I had one that last 2 months the next month I didn t have one and the following month I had two in one month. I just finished a normal 6 day cycle and now a week later when I wipe I have a brown discharge after I urinate. What can this be?

Irregular cycles after the age of 40 years indicate hormonal imbalance and that you are approaching menopause. I would advise you to get few hormonal test done once to know the hormone levels and also a sonography done once to rule out any ovarian cyst which could lead to hormonal imbalance.
