What Causes Brown Discharge With Pain?

I got my period on the 20th of march and it went normal. But on monday (april 4th) I i noticed brown...discharge i guess you could call it. Its now the fifth and i still see it. Also when i wipe there is pain towards the back (?) of my...yeah. Im not sexually active. Is there somethinw wrong with me??
