What Causes Brown Flat Spot On Inner Thighs?

Hi iam 19 years old , I just noticed the other day that I saw small and larger brown flat spots on my inner thight . Alittle nervouse it could be an std of some sort I'm reallly scared please help me . And the spots don't itch and are painless which can be a sign of suphilis .. I'm freaking out please help me
