Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern for the brown spot in the lips. After reading your query it appears that you have a cyst formation after acne.

It is quite common ot find such kind of appearance after the infection and formation cyst in the skin.

I suggest you to not to touch, pinch or pop the area as it can get further infected and spreaded. Lip is one of the dangerous areas of face and if you pinch then the infection can go backwards to cause serious complications.

I suggest you to kindly meet a dermatologist to examine the exact extent of the cyst. You might require oral antibiotics to treat the infection completely and drainage of the cyst.

All the best.
