What Causes Brown Spots Around The Labia?

I ve been sexually active for almost 2 months now. Recently I noticed 3 dark brown spots around my labia. They are painless and do not itch. I only noticed them after looking at myself in the mirror. I would like to know the possible causes of the spots and if I should be concerned.

If it's not increasing in size or causing you any pain or itching then you need not worry about it.
