Hi, I have gone through your question. Brown spotting during early pregnancy is suggestive of 1. Haemorrhage around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage) 2. Missed Abortion 2. Ectopic pregnancy All three can be diagnosed by ultrasound. So, I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
