What Causes Brown Spots Inside The Lower Eyelid?

My son has brown spots inside his lower eyelid when you pull it down. Can't find any information on what it could be. Pediatrician said it was weird and referred me to an optomologist but have to wait a few weeks for an appointment. Is this something I should be worried about? Keep seeing things mentioning melanoma so I am a little freaked out. Thanks

to me it appears to be moles. no treatment is required for them except to keep them under observation to observe there growth in shape and size including elevation on surface. if you observe like that you can consult oncologist.
