What Causes Brown Spots On Earlobe, Pain On Left Side Of Face?
symptoms started with me thinking i had ear infection, then my tooth would hurt when i drank cold water and today my whole left side of face felt "weird" and sort of hurt, then i just noticed two small brown spots on my ear lobe all onleft side of face

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have eye pain . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like atopic dermatitis , contact dermatitis , seborrheic dermatitis , psoriasis, ear infection , viral infection or sinusitis . I would suggest you to apply cold compresses on left side of face , take over the counter anti histamine like zyrtec , apply dry warm compresses on external ear and consult ENT specialist . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , allergy test , examination of ear with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , anti inflammatory , immunossuppressants . Doctor may also refer you to dentist for dental problem , who may perform oral prophylaxis along with other treatment depending upon the diagnosis .
