I have read your question and understand your concern. the brown patches with hair on them are unrelated to your illness. there are various types of nevi, some of them develop later in life. one such nevus is known as Becker s nevus. it presents as brown spots with hairs. Becker s nevi are benign condition and you can leave them untreated. but if you want to get rid of it then lasers are the best option.
