hi I just got back from the dermatologist to remove a skin tag down in the private area and the doc. froze some browns spots that I have on my penis, I am 38 and just thought they were age spots. they are not raised up or bumby have never itched or bothered me, but he is suggesting that they might be genatle warts! I have been married for almost 6 years and been faithful both of us. we have a 2 year old child. so should I see another doc. and get another opinion? I still think they are just age spots. thank you, tommy
It could be penile melanosis for there is no itching or any other discomfort, it is a harmless condition. It can be treated effectively with laser treatment. In case you had multiple partners before your marriage, you can get STD tests done to be on the safer side. If the tests are positive, you will be treated with antibiotics and anti-virals.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
