My husband and I are ttc since January. Had no luck in February and tried again in March. On April 4 I tested First response and got my two lines. The next Friday I started spotting after intercourse and it got heavier. That filling Monday I went to the GYN and tested positive on the urine test but saw nothing on the ultrasound. Doctor took blood work and was informed the next day I was not pregnant and my level was at 2. They informed me they wanted to induce my period with norethindrone and I am to test for ovulation. I got a 6 day prescription to take twice a day. I have taken all of them and are currently on my 4th day off and brown spotting but no blood. Feels like my normal periods but still no blood. What does this mean and will I be able to conceive this cycle?
