What Causes Brown Spotting During Pregnancy?

Hi i am 11 weeks pregnant i started brown spotting on sunday went for ultra sound and everything was fine then i was fine on monday and tuesday i again spotted brown stuff yesterday niight it was dark red and now again brown only when i go to toilet and i can see some brown tissue floating in the urine just want to know is it normal ? am afe or am i loosing my baby? thank you

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the brown spotting in pregnancy need to be evaluated.It might be due to progesterone insufficiency,thyroid abnormalities,excess physical strain,miscarriage etc.So the above causes should ruled out by doing ultrasound,thyroid profile.Take rest and avoid physical strain.If everything is normal you need not worry.Pregnancy continues normally once any cause is detected and treated accordingly.
