What Causes Brown Vaginal Bleeding With Abdominal Cramps And Headache?

A week prior to my expected menses date, I had bleeding that lasted for 2 days. Then it stopped and I had brownish discharge. I also kept having back aches, stomach cramps and crazy headaches. I m sexually active with my husband. Could that be implantation bleeding? Should I go to the doctor? My expected menses date is in 2 days time.

Hi.

Brownish discharge could be a sign of
1.vigorous sex
2. ovulation
3. Implantation
4.an outcome of your impending periods coming in few days around.

Fresh blood is red in color, once they comes in contact with air, they become brown Color, which is absolutely normal.

I advice you to avoid deeper penetration if the same complaint persists. Also wait for a week to do HPT, if you miss your periods to rule out pregnancy.
