OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Spotting in early pregnancy can be due to :
1. threatened or missed abortion.
2. ectopic pregnancy
3. bleeding around the fetus (subchorionic hemorrhage)
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound.
I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
