What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Light Headed?
Hey I am 18 years of age with one four month old already and I usually start my period in the middle of the month. I am not quite sure when I ovulate but with my first pregnancy I conceived him on the 31st and my partner and I had intercourse but we used condoms. I am not on the pill and after we had sex we were done and a couple hours later he inserted again and then he took it out and put a condom on. Since then I started what I thought was my period but it only lasted 2 days and it was really heavy. It stopped and yesterday I was at work and went to the bathroom and when I wiped it was red and brown but not enough to think anything about. I am still having brown discharge and a light headache. I am tired, and sometimes I feel sick to my stomach. What could this be? I am really freaking out and I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative. Could it be to early to tell?
The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynaecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
As of now, you can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
