Hi,

You should rule out urinary tract infection by urine routine microscopic and urine culture. The antibiotic course can be prescribed If UTI confirmed by culture report.

For brown red vaginal discharge, you need to get examined by gynecologist. Pelvic examination and USG pelvis needed for primary work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
