I am a 19 year old female who is not sexually active with a history of UTIs and ovarian cysts which have required surgical removal. For several days now I have noticed an odd light brown discharge in my underwear which is completely dried and crusted to my underwear and looks/feels like wax, then today when I wiped after urinating there was a light pink discharge on the toilet paper. I have no fever, but today I am noticing a slight pain in my stomach.. Should I see my gynecologist or seek more urgent treatment?
Hello Thank you for asking the question. Light brown discharge is normal vaginal shedding or you can say that it is due to vaginal cleaning to prevent vaginal infection. sometime it is converted to pink colour also. so no need to worry for this discharge. But if colour of discharge change, any smell develops, itching, burning and pain persist then definitely seek gynaecologist. hope this will helpful to you.
