Hi I am 28 y.o had failed ivf + iui negative beta hcg normal + heavy painless period ( finish few days ago ) since I finish feel pressure and like stabbing pain specially the right side vaginal ultrasound yesterday was fine but it was painful and I had brownish spots after and also another spots now after one day ! urine analysis was ok. why the pain , spots ? is it possible to had ectopic pregnancy after all ?
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Brownish spotting can be due to hormonal withdrawal which might be given to you during IUI cycle or can be due to some local lesions in cervix or vagina.Possibility of ectopic pregnancy is nil if the beta hCG levels are normal. I would suggest you to get a transvaginal ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy. Do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
