my questio is i have had a my tubes tied for eight years now but this month my period has been brown and only spotting i have had some cramping in my lower left tubes ive been tired and my breasts are very heavy and my nipples are sore could i be pregnate?

Tubal ligation is a permanent method. Chances of pregnancy are not there. Regular cycles do cause breast changes due to hormones variation. There is no need to worry, if you still in a dilemma can get urine pregnancy test done to confirm it.
