Hallow, I have gone through your history. Information about your last menstrual period would have been more useful. Brown spotting usually denotes the old blood coming out from the uterus. Bleeding inside the vagina or from the cervix usually does not get accumulated and so is usually fresh. Brown bleeding happens many a times when the pregnancy becomes non-viable but fails to abort - known as missed abortion. Please get ultrasonography done. It will reveal whether you are having either missed abortion or Blighted ovum (Gestational sac without embryonic pole). Either of it will require termination of pregnancy. Menstrual bleeding getting accumulated inside the uterus can also become brown - a rare entity. Ultrasonography may reveal the cause. In such cases, the pregnancy should be terminated without delay to avoid the complications like clotting disorders (DIC), heavy bleeding or kidney failure. I hope you will take the required action.
