What Causes Brown Watery Discharge With Odor?
Hi, I am experiencing a brown watery discharge that smells like fecal. I have never experienced a smell so foul, and never experienced brown discharge except maybe after a cycle.I have had minor cramps and I have a mirena installed currently. The discharge appears once I have been laying or sitting for a long period of time. I noticed the smell first, after intercourse. Please help.

The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
You can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
