What Causes Brownish Acidic Discharge ?

Hi, I am 41 and two weeks ago i have unprotected sex with my husband because we are trying for a baby and since then, i have a brownish acidic discharge but no pain or itchiness. My last period was exactly two weeks ago. Any ideas of what it could be? Many thanks for your prompt response.
