What Causes Brownish Anal Discharge?
Hello, For some time now when I use the bathroom I ve noticed a yellow to brownish slime come out of my anus, almost like snot. Sometimes I get on the toilet just to see if any will come out. It has a distinctive smell almost like urine or metal-like. Should I be concerned? I have a lower back pain for 3 yers

a rectal examination would be worth doing.
also get a stool analysis done.
