What Causes Brownish Discharge After Having Tubes Tied?
Had my tubes tied a little over 3yrs ago I have now been late for my period. I had a brownish discharge when I would wipe but nothing else, 2 days after the discharge I started what I thought was my period but it only lasted 1day. I ve had some swelling in my legs and breastfeeding now. Could I be pregnant
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
Having brownish discharge is indicative for possible periods. Sometimes, it happens that monthly bleeding might vary in intensity (light or heavy); duration (a couple of days to a few more days); color (brownish, red, etc.).
Swelling in legs is indicative for possible: - kidney problems (urine analysis is advised) - obesity - staying for long periods on standing position - problems with legs blood circulation
I advise to wait for another month and see if same changes will happen with next periods. If no period, take the pregnancy test 10 days after the due date.
Hope it helped! Dr.Albana
