What Causes Brownish Discharge And Lower Abdominal Pain After Intercourse?

I have a question. I recently became single again and I have noticed after sex with a condom I have brown discharge after intercourse, cramping, and lower abdominal pain. I also have this when I just had sex without a condom. Certain positions during sex are painful as well. Is this normal or should I be worried it s an std?

I really appreciate your concern. Brownish vaginal discharge may be of many reasons. If a lady with similar symptoms comes to my clinic I would ask her about age because this kind of discharge is common during perimenopausal age. Painful intercourse and brownish discharge could be due to uterine pathology like polyps. So I advise you to consult your local doctor for cervical examination to rule out polyp.
