What Causes Brownish Discharge From Vagina And Anus After Anal Sex?
After anal sex, can you have a brownish discharge from both your vagina and anus? I tried anal sex for the first time today and everything went okay until I realized I had a brown slimey discharge in my underwear, and when I went to do #1 and #2 later, it came a little from both ends. Is this normal or should I see my doctor?
Brownish discharge from the anus after anal intercourse is most likely to be due to some injury inside the anal canal. Any injury to the anal opening will cause fresh bleeding and not the brown anal discharge. You need to get examined from a doctor from within the anus to find out the extent of injury. Usually, such injuries heal with some smoothening like liquid paraffin and antibiotic cream.
However, your vaginal brown discharge cannot be explained and related to the anal intercourse unless you had vaginal intercourse also after anal intercourse when the blood on the penis could have entered the vagina. The anal injury reaching up to vagina will bleed a lot and then the stools will pass through the vagina, which is not the case. Was there any handling or fingering inside the vagina? The other possibility is that you may be starting menses.
It is better to have your Gynaecologist's opinion. Till that apply antibiotics cream.
