What Causes Brownish Pus Filled Hole In Cheek?
Hi My mother has a small hole in her right cheek that every so often fills up with a brownish pus I assume, and even though I empty it, it seems to fill up constantly. She said she didn t have it when she was younger and that it just happened to be there as she got older. Any suggestions?

Hi.
As per your case history your mother is having a sebaceous cyst.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.
