What Causes Brownish Spots On Finger Tip?

i have alot of the small pinpoint clearish brownish spots on one of my right fingertip. i think it started like 4 days ago and it is still there. when hurts when i touch it and it stings alittle. even when i dont use my hand to do stuff, it feels sore. what are these spots on my fingertip?? how and when will it go away??
