What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge After Using Unwanted 72 Ipills?
Hello Doctor,
Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex two days after her periods. I don't think I ejaculated inside because I remember doing it outside. On the same day I bought her Unwanted 72 and she took it on the same day itself. Now, 7 days after taking the pill she got a reddish brown vaginal discharge. What does this mean doctor? Is there a chance that she might be pregnant? I sincerely need your help doctors....

The possibility of pregnancy in your case is remote due to following reasons:
1. You both had sex soon after her periods, which means she was not in 'fertile period' and less likely chances of ovulation.
2. She has taken emergency contraceptive in time (within 72 hours).
But yourself ejaculating outside doesn't mean that she will not get pregnant as sperms present in pre-ejaculate fluid is good enough to fertilize and make her pregnant.
So don't worry much as the possibility of pregnancy is very very less.
Next, about her reddish brown vaginal discharge, it might be due to the pill effect causing failure to implant bleeding. In due course, she should get her regular periods. Once she does that, chances of pregnancy can be ruled out.
