What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi am 24week pregnant ... Yesterday I went to shopping like most of the time was standing.. But next day morng I had seen some brownish discharge . After some time when I checked it was not much as which I first seen.. But Am worried about that can any one Help me what to do

Brownish discharge indicates old bleeding. It is possible that some amount of spotting may have occurred as you had strained and this collected discharge was later seen as brownish discharge. Try to rest as much as possible in the left lateral position and report the matter to your consultant. Do not lift any weights and abstain from intercourse. A sonogram will help to clarify the situation. Please keep a watch on the fetal movements and any further discharge. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
