What Causes Brown,yellowish And White Spots On Tongue?
My throat is sore around the L tonsil area and when I look at my tonsil I notice there are rusty brown spots, yellowish , white spots and a few red spots. Can you tell me what would be causing these spots. I have had white spots in the past with infections but have never noted brown spots

White spots, brown spots over the tonsils are nothing but follicles over the tonsil or a keraotic plaque.
Dont worry about thd colour of the spots.
Empirically you can be treated with betadine gargle to break open the folicles.
Permanent treatment would be surgery of the tonsils.
