What Causes Bruise And Red Dot Appearing On The Surface Of Thigh?

i have red dots coming up to the surface on my thigh and i check online and it they are blood vessels. but also im got 5 bruises near the red blood vessels but the bruises arent healing. they are just getting darker and darker. i had this for about a week.
