Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
If you are able to move your arm without much pain then a bone injury is unlikely. You need to continue with rest and ice . Most of the times it is a soft tissue injury but it takes at least 3-4 days for the pain to subside
you can take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain and inflammation. Avoid lifting weight and rest well.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
