What Causes Bruise In Wrist After Abrupt Pain And Swelling Episode?

Hello! I have a concern on my right wrist. The vein swelled up extremely and hurt pretty bad. To the point where if I moved my fingers, it would ache. It had like a burning/tingling feeling as well. After an hour or so it went down and left a bad bruise. This has never happened before - I am a healthy 19 yr. old female, and haven t had any issues before. I m just curious as to if I should see a doctor or if there is something I can do about it. Thank you! *i did not injure my wrist in anyway, this just happened randomly.*

hi
hope this msg finds u in good health.
i have gone through your complaints and under stand your concern.
u seem to have strained some sort of soft tissues that might have left a bruise. .
other possibility is of inflammation of nerves causing tingling numbness.
u need to give rest..ice pack..crepe and anti inflammatory tablets
get an xray done.
nothing to worry about. if u have any follow up queries, feel free to consult me anytime.
