I am 48 yrs. old and weigh approx. 160 lbs. I had back surgery 6 yrs ago, but continue to have pain that has gotten worse over the years. Over the last 6-7 months I noticed bruise like marks on both of my legs. They appear on my ankles all the way up to my thighs. My feet also are swelling, painful and feel tight. My feet can be swollen for day's before they start to go down. During that time they remain painful. Can you tell me what is causing this and if there is something that can be done to help?
