What Causes Bruise Near Elbow, Sore Throat And Nasal Congestion?

Recently i have discovered a bruise near my elbow that is brownish purple and in the center it has a white dot that has a lump in the skin or muscle... it doesnt hurt at all, i have been sick since with soare throat, naisal congestion hedache.... I am not sure if the sickness is realted but whats on my arm?
