What Causes Bruise On Bottom Of Mouth Of A 4 Year Old?
Hi there
My 4 year old son woke up this morning with a clear face. By the time i dropped him to daycare about an hour and a half later he had developed a bruise around the bottom of his mouth. Its not sore. Nothing visibly wrong inside his mouth. Hasnt bumped it at all. Any ideas?

If i were you, I would have a detail enquiry with the daycare staff to rule out any possibility of the child getting injured due to a trivial fall or a silly fight with other children. Trauma is the most common possibility here.
