What Causes Bruise On The Penis?

Hi, I am thirteen years old and noticed a bruise on my penis while masturbating. I noticed the bruise after I felt lots of little bumps (like goose bumps). After noticing this, I stopped and think it was caused by the masturbation. It would be awkward to talk to my parents about this and I thought I could find an answer online.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having traumatic bruise on penis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
