What Causes Bruise On The Upper Thigh While On Plavix?

I am on plavix and asprin. I bruise easily because of this. I was bumped my upper thigh, on Saturday and it made a knot and a small bruise. It hurt. Later the knot went away but there was a large swollen area and very sore/tight. Now, Tuesday, there is a huge dark purple area and tender to touch on the inside of my thigh, the opposite side of my leg. Is it ok or should I get it looked at?

3.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily over the lesion.
4.take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days,if you have pain.
5.maintain good hygiene around the area.
