Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 4year old son fell off a bench an hour ago. The head of his penis is bruised and almost looks like several blood blisters. Now he is acting fine and has urinated without pain or problems, his urine was pale yellow and clear. He says it is sore to the touch when he shakes it after urination. It does not appear to be swollen. Would this be considered ER visit worthy?
Your symptoms are not serious enough at present to visit the ER. But in time if he pees blood or there's a swelling then you have to immediately visit a doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
