What Causes Bruises In Eye With Nausea?

I am a 67 year old female that took a fall today. I have a severe bruise on my right eye brow area and a severe bruise on my right cheek bone. My right eye is very blood shot and my right eye lid is drooping (swollen) over my eye. I hit my head on concrete . I have a slight headache, but have had no nausea or dizziness. I also have had no visual problems. Should I be worried about this injury?

Give ice compression. Black eye will go by itself. It is self limiting. You should be alright within one week. If you develop symptoms of head ache vomiting pupilary constriction then go for CT scan head.
