What Causes Bruising And Swelling On Foot After An Injury?
My daughter (13 years) had her foot stepped on by a horse. It was 2 weeks ago. Bruised right away, but she could still walk fine. It is still swelling on top of her foot some, although the bruising is gone. It hurts her to put pressure on the top of her foot (touching with hand or shoes pushing on it). Still able to walk fine with no pain. Should I be concerned or could it just be something that will take time?

Still inflamatory process is going on,she will recover within couple of days ,there is nothing to worry. You can apply local heat.
