This is obviously the bleeding due to muscle sprain during violet coughing in the left lower abdomen.
Once the bleeding occurs in the loose areolar tissues which envelop around the muscles, being loose so that the muscles can easily move over each other without any pain.
I would advise you the following::
First of all get the blood tested for the routine CBC and
bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombine time,
platelet count ,
blood group, liver function tests.
IT is always better to get the bleeding profile tested as this is a very rare phenomenon.
I hope you are not taking any medicines for heart ailments like Dispirin or blood thinning agents
Get color doppler examination and contrast enhanced
CT scan or MRI
Angiography done, and get the artery ligated if found so.
Take cough suppressants, laxatives too.
Vitamin K injections and oral calcium with Vitamin D.
