What Causes Bruising With Lumps At The Center On Legs And Arms?

I just started TCPH chemo treatment on Aug. 8, after having a port put in on Aug. 7th. I have been getting a lot of bruising for no real reason, mostly on my legs; however, a bruise has appeared on the top of my forearm that is strange. In the middle it is almost completely skin colored with a bump that is sore about the size of a pencil eraser. Around that is an irregular shape purple bruise about the size of a quarter and then around that is another irregular area that is darkish brown that takes the whole thing to a size a little bigger than a golf ball. It has been like this for about 3 days now and looks like it has gotten a little bigger each day. I am concerned about it being a blood clot, is that possible?

hiii.welcome to our site.you are having bruise.my opinion is that,
1.dont squeeze the lesion.
2.apply cold compressions over it.
3.elevate the area having lesion by using pillows.
4.apply antibiotic creams like fusiderm ointment twice daily on the area for 5 days.
5.take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 5 days.
