It doesn t always hurt, but my right knee cap (also two inches toward inner thigh) feels like there s an air bubble behind it; feels like it is slightly off center or something, not really sure. I played hockey for 12 years so that might explain it...it s a muscle that most people don t have if they don t play hockey...but I m 20 now so hopefully not turning into an old man.
