What Causes Bubbles On Tonsils With Yellow Lumps On Back Of Throat After Removed Tooth?

Hi , ive recently had a tooth taken out and it has an infection underneath were it used to be.
Ive just looked at my throat an ive discovers that my tonsils have bubbles an red blood shock vessels on them, and also the back of my throat has little lumps on it an one spot looking thing on the roof on my mouth an the roof is slightly yellow.
Do you have any idea what this could be??

I have gone through your query regarding your observations in throat and tonsil after tooth extraction.

After reading your symptoms and arranging them in chronological order it appears that most likely you are having follicular tonsillitis in your post dental extraction phase.

The yellowish bumps on tonsils and roof of throat are the infected follicles of tonsils and oropharynx.

To manage it you should take-

1- Antiseptic gargling.

2- Anti inflammatory.

3- Antibiotic (preferably broad spectrum).
